Attorney advertising, and what this site is not.
This website is Attorney Advertising by Law Offices of Bonnie B. Henderson, Freehold, New Jersey.
Writing this office, filling out a form, sending documents, or meeting with me does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not mean I have accepted your matter. A meeting alone does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after I have accepted the case and we have both signed a written retainer agreement. Until then, do not send confidential information you need protected. This website is not the contract.
Nothing on this website is legal advice. The retainer agreement is sent only after I accept a case. It is not published on this website.
Results in any matter depend on the facts and the law of that matter. Past work is not a prediction.
Fee figures are for the specifically described uncontested or limited-scope services on the fees page. A published fee applies to that scope unless the client agrees in writing to added or different work and its fee. Hourly work is billed at the published rate stated for that work. The total varies with time. Court costs, service, certified copies, and publication are extra unless a published scope says otherwise.
Every family matter gets a written Rule 5:3-5 retainer listing what is in and what is out. Domestic-violence work must be expressly in or out of a family retainer.
I am admitted in New Jersey and North Carolina. This practice is a New Jersey practice. I do not give legal advice in jurisdictions where I am not admitted.
No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Primary website: bonnielawoffice.com. The same practice is also reached at lawofficesofbonniehenderson.com.
I also do business as Bonnie Law Consulting. That is still this practice, not a second firm. Plum Packet is a shop of New Jersey downloadable companions. A consulting engagement or a shop purchase is not representation in a civil, housing, or family matter.
