This is estate planning for a household with children, not a catalog of products. Signing with witnesses and a notary is included.
The published parent bundle is $895 for one person and $1,195 for a couple. That is a New Jersey last will and testament, a power of attorney, and an advance directive. The supervised signing is part of the fee.
This fee does not include trusts, Medicaid planning, special-needs planning, deeds, or probate. If intake shows you need that work, I stop and say so. Special-needs trusts are not sold as a flat fee. They start with a paid consult, then hourly work if I take them.
A will is a New Jersey legal instrument. It has to be executed a certain way or it is not a will. That is why signing is in the bundle.
