The published fee is $795. I review the IEP or 504 papers you send, attend one meeting, and write a follow-up letter.
IDEA due process is not a flat fee. If that is what the matter needs, it starts with a paid consult, then hourly work if I take it. I often will not.
If your household is under about 300% of the federal poverty level, I will refer you first to Advocates for Children of New Jersey. Do that before you pay me.
